BRIDGE HOUSE

Having lived in a damp house for years, the client wanted a contemporary, well insulated, economical and well designed home that would sit beautifully on a sloping, sheltered site. 



The solution was a house built to passive house standards, with solar panels, heat recovery ventilation, air to water heat pump and designed with passive solar gain in mind. The two storey 2,900 sq.ft.house is accessed via a bridge and is clad in a combination of cedar and render with a sedum roof.
