COMPETITIONS

We are delighted to announce placing 2nd in the RIAI primary schools competition. Our proposal ‘Rethinking the Corridor’ uses the traditional idea of classrooms to create shared learning spaces in-between. There is a hierarchy of shared spaces, which comes together in the central atrium. The stairs, platforms, meetings spaces and library create the heart of the school.

Also shown is our competition proposal for a chapel in Glasnevin Cemetery. We used the chapel as a focal point on the landscape, which when neared became a tool to both help circulation, and create the spirituality for a chapel space.
